Returns & Refunds

Every Proudly Clouded piece is printed to order, just for you. Because nothing sits in a warehouse, we can't accept returns for a change of mind — but we absolutely stand behind what we make.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item?

If your order arrives with a misprint, defect, damage, or you received the wrong item or size (different from what you ordered), we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Just email support@proudlyclouded.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item showing the issue

We'll respond within 1–2 business days. No need to ship anything back unless we ask.

Sizing

Since each item is made to order, we can't exchange for a different size if the item matches what you ordered. Please check the fit notes on each product page before ordering — most of our tees fit relaxed, and sizing down one gives a classic fit. If you're ever unsure, email us before you order and we'll help you pick.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows your order is lost, contact us and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
